Inclement Weather Policy: In the event of inclement weather during the week, DCWE will follow the decisions made by Harford County Public Schools (HCPS) regarding delays or closures. On weekends, our decision will be based on ensuring the safety of both personnel and visitors. Any delays or closures due to inclement weather will be promptly communicated and posted on our website’s event calendar and social media platforms. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in prioritizing safety during adverse weather conditions.
