Judy recently retired from US Army CECOM as the Acting Executive Deputy Director for CECOM Software Engineering Center (SEC). Judy has been recognized as “pioneer for women” in the tech industry and advocates and encourages bothers to pursue STEM educational opportunities and career paths. Judy takes pride in mentoring others and remains focused inspiring others to be lifelong STEM learners. Judy received her Batchelor of Engineering degree from Stevens Institute of Technology in 1983. She also received a Master’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from Farleigh Dickenson University in 1987 and a Master’s of Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology in 1998.
